Submitting a site
Four things make a submission useful to us.
- The legal description, or an address that gets us to the parcel.
- Approximate area, in acres or square feet.
- Current zoning, and whether services reach the property line.
- What you are hoping for — a sale, a partnership, or a land contribution into the deal.
We come back within a week either way. If a site does not work for us, we will tell you what would have to change.
